Antoine Normand
Antoine Normand is a recognized entrepreneur and international expert in image and video recognition technologies within the Law Enforcement space. Before that, Antoine Normand co-founded Cactus Commerce in 1995. He was responsible of corporate governance, financial management, M&A and operations. Between 1995 and 2006, he was instrumental in positioning Cactus as a world leader in e-commerce solutions on the Microsoft platform. In 2006, Cactus employed a team of 125 professionals located in Cactus offices of Gatineau, Toronto, Montréal and Chicago. Antoine Normand sold his participation in Cactus in 2006.
Antoine Normand is involved with numerous community and fundraising organization. In 2006, he was elected president of the Gatineau Health Foundation after more than 4 years as vice-president. As president of the foundation he is de facto a director at the board of the Gatineau Health Center. He was also elected President of the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants du Québec representing Canada at this French organization that promotes entrepreneurship and human values in the corporate world in Paris, France. He served as a director of the Gatineau Economic Development Corporation, of the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce, of the Solidarity Fund FTQ-Outaouais (local VC), of the 4th Francophone Games fund and at the Ottawa Partnership board (city of Ottawa Economic Development).
Antoine received is Civil Law License from the University of Ottawa in 1996.

Hervé Soursou - CEO and Co-Founder
Hervé has 15 years of entrepreneurial and Business Development experience in large-scale SaaS platform solutions from start-up to mature global Industry leader within the Digital Media, Internet and Mobile industries across 80+ countries.
Before co-founding Digital Recognition, Hervé was Chief Operating Officer, COO at Mubito, leading D2C web platform provider for Digital Media companies, with offices in Sweden, London and Ukraine. Prior to that, he was heading the business development efforts worldwide of the leading mobile clearinghouse provider, MACH with 650+ mobile operator clients across 160+ countries. Former to MACH, Hervé co-founded and managed an internet-mobile start-up which served over 300 Fortunes 500 and C20 Index companies as clients.
Hervé has an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz (ENIM) in France combined with final year project at Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain.

Spencer White
Spencer has twenty years of investment banking experience, gained throughout the Asian region. Throughout this period he has been an active investor in both public and private equity and has advised on a wide range of transactions.
He co-founded D2 Capital Partners in 2009 and is currently a Managing Partner, in charge of structuring and negotiations, and overseeing the investment activities of the firm. Prior to this, Spencer was the CEO and an Executive member of the Board of TVS, a start-up Investment Bank in Vietnam, leading its nationwide growth for two years.
Prior to moving to Vietnam in 2007, Spencer was a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch. During his eight years with this investment bank he was the Chief Regional Equity Strategist for six years and also the Country Head for Taiwan.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Spencer was an Associate Director with AIB Govett Asset Management in London and before that he served as an investment manager with Hambros Bank, investing in both large- and small-cap Japanese companies.
Spencer received a First Class Honors degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick and he has been a CFA Charter Holder since 1997.

Vincent Capa - Chairman and Co-Founder
Vincent has 8 years of IT & serial Entrepreneur experience in South East Asia and Gulf region. He has built, managed and sold several businesses dedicated to IT (online/mobile), Information Security, Trading and Hospitality.
He co-founded Synexser Asia in 2003 and is currently Managing Director, in charge of Operations and Business development of the group. Prior to this, Vincent was working in the Economic Intelligence field.
Vincent is graduated from ESCP-EAP Business School in France, has a master in International Development from the University of Oxford (UK) and a bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Valencia (Spain).
